My sister got married in October and I used my love of Project Life to create a guest book for her wedding. I bought a yellow mini album because her wedding colors were yellow and gray. I bought the wedding mini kit because all the cards were black, white and gray. The mini album holds 80 4x6 pictures and 80 3x4 journaling card spots. I had her print out about 40 pictures in both 4x6 and 3x4. She printed a combination of her professional engagement pictures and some casual pictures of the two of them over the past few years. I randomly placed the pictures throughout the album. Then I went through and decided what cards to use from the kit. I was going to put all the cards in the album but I was worried that people might be confused about having to take a card out and sign it and then put it back in. As it turns out, that might have been a better way to do it. We left the cards in a basket with a sign explaining that they were to take a card, sign it and put it into the album. Some people got it, some people didn't and signed the backs of pictures! I think next time I should have used my teacher skills to include 'step by step even a 2nd grader could follow it' type directions. Regardless, it was an easy and relatively inexpensive way to create a personalized guest book.
